By End User, Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara means any natural person operating on the site cortequaiara.it.
In compliance with current purchasing laws, Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara reserves the right not to follow up on orders from subjects other than the End User and within the limits set by law for both purchase and delivery.
The general conditions of sale exclusively govern the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipping, purchase methods, and right of withdrawal of purchase orders of products on the site cortequaiara.it, between the Users of the site cortequaiara.it and Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara.

Purchase Procedure
Each order sent constitutes an offer for the purchase of products. Orders are subject to the availability and discretionary acceptance of Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara.
The End User must select the products and proceed to check-out, after carefully reviewing and possibly modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to the payment of the price, taxes, and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.
Receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded at the time of sending the order confirmation by Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara to the email address provided by the End User. Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara reserves the right not to confirm an order by notifying the End User within 20 days of purchase, to the email address associated with the purchase, of the possible unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case, Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the End User.
Shipping
Shipments are insured, and delivery normally takes 1-5 working days in Italy and 2-10 working days in Europe.
In case of failure to collect within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara, which will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the End User, for damage to the products occurring after delivery to the carrier, or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
Payments
Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara accepts payment by bank transfer, payment via PayPal, and credit card payment.
Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact in any way with payment data (such as credit card details) provided.
Right of Withdrawal
Purchases on cortequaiara.it are subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees the right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
The returned products must be intact, preferably in their original packaging: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for damaged or altered products.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to:
Send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
– order number;
– order date;
– the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code;
– bank details (IBAN code), which will be used for the refund;
– wait for the authorization email for the return;
– within 15 days of receiving the authorization email for the return, ship the products subject to withdrawal to the communicated address.
Az. Agr. Corte Quaiara will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999.
